Doctor Who makes a one night return to over the air TV in the UK
this week. Saturday 26 June sees BBC Four
http://www.bbc.co.uk/bbcfour present The Web Of Fear episode 1 at
8:50PM, part of the Summer In The Sixties theme month and a sci-fi
fantasy theme night. This is the first appearance of a Doctor Who
episode on an over the air BBC channel since Genesis Of The Daleks
episode 6 on BBC Two in 2000. The rarely seen episode of Web Of Fear
will be providing an example of 1960s sci-fi.
BBC Four is a digital over the air channel in the UK. It requires a
digital tuner, Freeview, digital cable, or Sky Digital to see it.
BBC One http://www.bbc.co.uk/bbcone , the primary channel, will be
airing the new Doctor Who series in 2005 (premiere date not known
yet)

indicate that residents fled in terror. The Doctor and company are
about to find out why. Airs as part of BBC Four's Summer In The
Sixties programming. All of this Saturday night's lineup has a sci-
fi and fantasy theme. Episodes 2 through 6 of this story have been
lost since the 1970s.
